Refresh is for speakers and facilitators who want a broader pass over their session — not a deep rebuild, but enough time to spot the one or two things that, once changed, will make the biggest difference. We look at the whole session, then focus our energy where it’ll count most based on my observations from the Materials Review.
In the Strategy Session I give you clear, actionable ideas for the parts that matter most; you take it and run with it. A note on what to expect: in 60-90 minutes, we can’t reinvent the whole session — but we can find what’s holding it back and give you a clear path to fix it. If you do need more support and want to upgrade to the Elevate package once we’ve done the initial strategy session, that can be easily arranged!

Elevate is a full rethink. We go through every part of your session — structure, activities, pacing, the lot — and reimagine it so it’s interactive, engaging, and drives real action from your audience.
In the initial Strategy Session (90 min) — we rethink the whole workshop or keynote together, based on my observations from the Materials Review. We may also split this session into two smaller sessions depending on the work that we decide needs to be done.
When you’re ready, we’ll have a brief follow-up session (30-60 min). By this time, you’ll have rebuilt your slides around the new ideas, so we can walk through them together and refine again. This is often where the real transformation happens — the gap between talking about an idea and actually building it into your slides and delivery is where the biggest improvements get found.
