Learn how to get feedback from your clients before, during and after they have taken their learning journey with you.
First things first, getting feedback from your clients is the GOLD that will help you improve your offerings - because your clients can see your content in a way that you can no longer see it (because you're the expert, and no longer in the beginner chair!).
Getting their feedback before, during and after they've worked with you, means that you can review their experience in light of where they were before they started working with you, and how they finished up. This allows you (and them) to see their progress - which is a great indicator of how effective your content actually is. How else will you know whether it's been effective?
This lesson will show you many different ways you can easily gather evaluations from your clients.
