Learn how to reflect and improve on any teaching and learning experience.
Reflection is the art of being able to dissect any experience and learn from it - be it a good experience or something that on the surface appears to have been 'negative' - #spoileralert - every experience is an opportunity to learn, and the ones that might appear 'negative' to begin with, are sometimes the ones we can learn the most from.
Do you really need to reflect?
If you fail to reflect, you are giving up opportunities to learn from the every day things that happen in your classroom, or with your clients. Who would want to give up that golden opportunity?
