I've had three clients now 'sell' their learning product before they've created it, and then create it on the hop, as they're delivering it. They did this on the advice of a renowned 'business coach', and ended up coming to me for help.

Quality learning experiences take time to develop, and the worst thing you can do for your mental health, and for your clients, is to try to make it up as you go along. 

Instead, sell the IDEA of your course first. Run a trial version with a select group of your ideal customers, who know this is the first time you've run your course.
